For an increasing number of buyers, Class C motorhomes have become the perfect option for motorized RVs. Smaller and more maneuverable than a Class A model, yet bigger and better equipped than a camper van, these vehicles strike the perfect balance terms of drivability, onboard amenities, and price. But with so many options to choose from, deciding which one is right for you can be a challenge, especially at a time when manufacturers are adding more of these coaches to their lineups.
Thankfully, we’re here to help. These are our picks for the best Class C motorhomes currently available.

What is a Class C RV?
Class C motorhomes have been around for decades and are easy to spot on the road. Like Class A and B models, these motorized RVs are ride on a chassis with an engine that powers them down the road. Some even come with enough power and torque to accommodate dinghy towing, allowing owners to bring a smaller vehicle along with them on their travels.
The defining feature of a Class C model is the classic cabover design. This refers to the additional living space—usually dedicated to a sleeping area or cargo storage—located above the cab of the vehicle. Most models utilize that space as a guest bed, freeing up the rest of the floorplan for a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and primary bedroom.
Class C owners love the amount of space these vehicles provide, with the added benefit of driving more like a truck than a large bus. This makes them easier to park, more maneuverable, and more fuel efficient than a Class A model. And while they aren’t quite as easy to drive as a Class B camper van, they make up for it with more interior space and enhanced amenities.

Winnebago Sunflyer/Suncruiser
Smart, modern, and affordable, the Sunflyer and Suncruiser are Winnebago’s newest and most exciting Class C coaches. These models are designed to make RV camping as simple and accessible as possible, making it easy for newcomers and veteran RVers alike to enjoy the lifestyle. Available in four floor plans, and with room to comfortably sleep six, this rig ranges in size from 25′ 2″ to 29′ 9″ depending on the model. This makes it surprisingly easy to drive and park, even for less experienced owners.
Inside, you’ll find interiors that are open, spacious, and inviting. The kitchen is especially nice, with thoughtful layouts and efficient appliances that make life on the road easier and better. All models come with a dinette and a dry bath, as well as a primary sleep space with plush beds. We’re particularly fond of the 28MB floor plan, which includes a king-size Murphy bed, which stows away when not in use to expand the roominess. That model also comes with a dedicated coffee bar and a large wardrobe.

The Sunflyer and Suncruiser ride on the Ford F-Series chassis and come with ample storage inside and out. They include Winnebago’s excellent multiplexing system for controlling the HVAC, lighting, auto-leveling systems, power, and more. A 4,000W generator comes standard, as does solar prep. Two deep-cycle house batteries add off-grid capacities, as other features like an on-demand water pump, LP water heater, a powered awning, and a 15K BTU air conditioner add additional convenience and comfort. MSRP starts at $104,050.

Jayco Granite Ridge
Built for the adventurous RVer looking to spend time on- and off-road, the Jayco Granite Ridge is an intriguing option with plenty of rugged capabilities. This coach is available in two versions, one that rides on a Ford Transit chassis and the other built on a Mercedes 3500 Diesel platform. Naturally, both come with all-wheel-drive, although the Mercedes edition is a bit more refined, and includes more ground clearance and all-terrain tires, albeit at a higher price point.
Whatever version of the Granite Ridge you choose, you’ll get an interior that includes some much-appreciated features. Those include twin beds that easily convert to a king-mattress, along with a web bath, and a well-equipped galley complete with an efficient 12V mini-fridge, convection microwave, stainless steel sinks, and a portable induction stove. An L-shaped dinette comes with the Ford model, while the Mercedes floor plan ships with a bench seat with two removable tables.

If you happen to wander off-grid, the coach comes with an LP generator as standard equipment, along with a 360W solar panel, 3.9kWh house batteries, and a 2,000W inverter. A Firefly multiplexing system makes it easy to monitor and control most onboard systems, including lighting, power, and HVAC, which includes a 13.5k BTU A/C unit and a 17k BTU furnace. A JBL removable Bluetooth speaker, a built-in water filtration system, an outdoor shower, and residential vinyl flooring are also nice touches. The Mercedes-based Granite Ridge even comes with Starlink. Pricing starts at $226,043.

Renegade RV XL
If you’re looking for the ultimate Class C coach—and money is no object—the Renegade XL is for you. This rig takes luxury camping to the next level, delivering an experience more akin to a high-end Class A model, but in a more streamlined and drivable package. The XL partially achieves that by riding on Freightliner Cascadia 126 or Peterbilt 567 chassis—depending on the model—giving it plenty of power and performance. In fact, this massive Super C diesel rig can tow up to an additional 30,000 pounds, meaning you can bring some serious additional toys along for the ride.
Renegade goes to great lengths to ensure its motorhomes are in a class all of their own. That includes using 2″ vacuum-laminated sidewalls, 1.5″ of high-density foam insulation, and reinforced struts and trusses throughout. That gives this rig a level of durability and longevity that is seldom found anywhere in the RV industry. Add in three 15,000 BTU air conditioners and an Aqua-Hot hydronic water heater and zonal heating system, and you have a coach that’s capable of camping any time of the year in just about any conditions.

Inside, the Renegade XL is equally impressive, with outstanding features like quartz countertops, Italian leather furniture, porcelain heated tile flooring, and dimmable LED accent lighting throughout. The bathroom feels like something you would find in a luxury hotel, while the bedroom is as plush and indulgent as anything you have at home. The Class C coach even includes a long list of residential-style appliances, including a 23-cubic-foot Samsung Bespoke smart fridge, a two-burner induction stove, a stainless steel convection microwave, and an integrated central vacuum system. The list goes on and on, but trust us, this is a motorhome that is unlike anything else on the road, provided you don’t mind ponying up the $700,000+ asking price.

Leisure Travel Vans Unity
Innovation and comfort define the Leisure Travel Vans Unity, a Class C model that offers upscale amenities and plush materials in a great-looking package. The 2026 edition is available in six unique floor plans, with plenty of options to customize the interior to meet your specific needs. We especially like the queen-size Murphy bed option, which provides a comfortable night’s sleep and then conveniently tucks away for additional space during the day.
Other notable features include residential-style lavatories that somehow feel spacious without taking up much room. The Unity also puts its lounge area to good use, utilizing a highly configurable system that easily allows for relaxation, remote work, and dining. And, of course, the onboard galley kitchen is bright, open, and outfitted with modern appliances.

The Unity rides on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis, making the 25′ 1″ model surprisingly easy to drive, even for new owners. The vehicle offers ample storage, indoor and outdoor entertainment centers, LED accent lighting, a Truma AquaGo water heater, and an auto-start generator. The Class C RV sleeps two to four people depending on the floorplan. Prices start at $225,300.
And new to the line-up this year are the TBX and TB4X. These rigs are built to be a little more adventurous, mixing a rugged exterior with the refined interior we’ve come to expect from the Leisure Travel Vans brand. Highlight features include an innovative lounge area that converts into a king-size bed, additional storage for gear, and a versatile living space that adjusts to fit your needs. The TB4X model also comes with all-wheel-drive to assist in getting to those hard-to-reach campsites.

Entegra Coach Accolade
For a decidedly more upscale option, Entegra Coach’s Accolade is always a standout. This model features a powerful 360 HP diesel engine, giving it plenty of get up and go out on the road. The motorhome comes with the company’s E-Z Drive system, which smooths out the handling and provides a controlled ride despite the rig’s 39′ 4″ length. This model is also surprisingly quiet, both parked at the campground and while in transit, further enhancing comfort while traveling.
The Accolade’s expansive interior sleeps five to seven people, depending on the floor plan. Slide-outs provide extra space in the living room and kitchen, making it an excellent place to gather with friends and family. Dual 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the coach cool in the summer, while a 30,000 BTU heating system provides warmth during winter outings. The coach’s on-demand water heater is fast and efficient, while an 8,000W generator and 200W solar panels ensure you never run out of power, even when venturing off-grid.

A number of other nice touches—like high-quality fabrics and materials and an electric fireplace—add a touch of opulence to this Class C RV. If you’re looking for an apartment on wheels, the Accolade will undoubtedly provide that feeling. It could even serve as a home for owners who have embraced the full-time lifestyle. Prices start at $376,193.

Dynamax Isata 5
The 2026 edition of the Dynamiax Isata 5 comes in two floor plans, both of which are well-equipped and well built. This mid-size Class C is powered by a Cummins diesel engine and rides on a Ram 5500 SLT chassis with standard four-wheel drive. This allows it to wander off pavement, where its reinforced MORryde suspension and built-in rock guards make reaching remote campsites a breeze. This also gives it capabilities that aren’t found on a lot of other motorhomes, providing comfort and stability while venturing off tarmac.
Inside, the RV sleeps up to eight passengers depending on the floor plan and has a primary bedroom with a plush queen-size bed. Residential appliances include a gas range, a convection microwave oven, and a 16-cubic-foot 12V refrigerator. The Isata 5 has ample storage space throughout, with hardwood cabinets, a large kitchen pantry, and exterior cargo holds. It also features LED lighting, solid-surface countertops, a designer shower, and stainless steel sinks in the kitchen and bathroom.

The Insata 5’s standard off-grid power system is impressive in its own right. It includes 400Ah of storage capacity in dual lithium batteries designed for use in cold temperatures. It also comes with 200W glass solar panels, a 3,000W inverter, and an 8,000W diesel generator. Optional upgrade packages add additional house batteries, as well as 1000W of solar for extended boondocking. Adding the optional “Extreme Package” gives owners a LiquidSpring suspension system with Earth leveling, a 4″ lifted chassis, rugged off-road bumpers, and additional features. Pricing starts at $284,518.

Thor Outlaw
RV owners looking for a Class C toy hauler will definitely want to have the Thor Outlaw on their shortlist. This outstanding rig has a built-in garage with room to carry an ATV, e-bikes, mountain bikes, kayaks, and other outdoor equipment. That same space is versatile enough to serve as a bedroom and includes a cargo ramp that converts to a rear patio for lounging at the campground.
This year’s Outlaw comes in two floor plans, although they are quite similar. Both measure 31′ 2″ in length, although the 29J model offers room for up to five passengers, while the 29T is built for three. That’s because the former includes a Murphy bed in the garage area, while the latter eschews this feature in favor of more cargo space. Both rigs ride on a Ford E-Series chassis with a V8 engine that gives it up to an 8,000-pound towing capacity. Both come with an exterior TV for further extending the living space outdoors.

The Outlaw’s other interior features include a well-equipped kitchen, an airy living room, and an onboard bathroom complete with a shower. The cabover bunk area is spacious and comfortable and includes a telescoping ladder for easy access. Comfy sofas, a swiveling smart TV, large closets, and a multi-speaker Bluetooth audio system are among the numerous other features. MSRP starts at $178,080.

Tiffin Wayfarer
When it comes to luxury styling and comfort, it is difficult to top the Tiffin Wayfarer. Built on a Mercedes Sprinter platform, this model is just 25′ 8″ in length, making it more agile and efficient than most other Class C RVs. And while that chassis is usually reserved for camper vans, it is put to excellent use here, offering a refined experience inside. It also brings a full suite of Mercedes driver assistance technology, like adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, and other valuable safety features.
The Wayfarer sleeps two to four people depending on the floor plan, making it an excellent option for couples that are occasionally joined by guests out on the road. Those who prefer a more compact RV with a luxurious twist will love the upscale interior, which includes some of the finest fabrics, materials, and amenities the industry has to offer. Among them is an ample sleeping space and a cabover bunk that can be swapped for an entertainment center at the factory. The coach also has options for theater seating, a couch/hide-a-bed, or a dinette that converts to a sleeper. Meanwhile, the kitchen and bathroom are equally impressive, offering a surprising amount of space and features in a limited space.

Comfortable and classy, the Wayfarer sets an impressive standard for other Class C manufacturers to follow. It offers a smooth driving experience and upscale living in a vehicle that easily glides in and out of any campsite. It is the perfect coach for those who enjoy the finer things in life and prefer to travel in style and comfort. Pricing starts at $249,144

For instance, this model comes with a power-reclining king-size bed in the top trims, as well as power dual heated recliners with massage functionality in the living room, and spacious dinettes or free standing tables depending on the floor plan. One model—the 340BH—even has a dedicated office space, which can be repurposed as a closet or bunk beds based on your need.
Other nice touches include hardwood cabinets and closets, a pantry, and solid surface countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The Entourage’s modern RV kitchen utilizes the interior space nicely and includes an induction cooktop, an oven, a convection microwave, a 10-cubic-foot double-door fridge, an undermount stainless steel sink, and an illuminated backsplash. You’ll even find a 40″ smart TV in the main living area and a 32″ model in the primary bedroom.
