Foretravel Motorcoach Presidential Series Realm FS605
The 45-foot Foretravel Motorcoach Presidential Series Realm FS605 is a luxury hotel suite on wheels. Depending on the floorplan, this RV comes with one-and-a-half or two bathrooms, a king-size bed in the primary sleeping space, and a queen-size air bed hidden in the couch. It features custom laminate cabinets, quartz countertops, leather sofas, two motorized dining tables, a stacked washer/dryer combo, and a custom-built vanity in the bathroom.
The FS605 also includes three 4K television sets, a built-in Wi-Fi router, a Blu-ray player, and a Dolby 5.1 surround-sound system in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave oven, a two-burner induction stove, a residential-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. LED lighting is standard throughout the vehicle, which also has a built-in vacuum cleaner, electric day/night shades, and a fireplace. A bathtub—complete with spa jets—is an optional upgrade.

The FS605 rolls along on Spartan K4 chassis with an adjustable air suspension and a Cummins X15 engine that delivers 605 horsepower and 1,950 foot-pounds of torque. A four-point hydraulic leveling system ensures the motor coach stays level at any campsite, while two awnings extend the living space to the outdoors. This RV even has a custom paint job that requires over 750 man-hours to complete.

Newmar King Aire
The King Aire has always been one of the most extravagant motorhomes on the road, and that continues to be the case with the 2024 model. This 45-foot RV offers an array of luxurious features, including Italian leather furniture, heated theater seating with a built-in massage function, and a king-size memory foam mattress in the primary bedroom suite. The coach features three slide-outs, one-and-a-half baths, and a large living room adjacent to a spacious and open kitchen/dining area.
Built for four-season camping, the King Aire is equipped with three individual air conditioning units with heat pumps. An electric radiant heating system keeps the RV’s tile floor warm in all conditions, too, while a Cummins Onan diesel generator supplies power when camping off-grid. As a backup, the motorhome comes with a lithium-ion battery pack that can be recharged using optional solar panels. All of the RV’s systems—including lights, thermostat, and power—are controlled remotely using an included tablet.

Inside, the King Aire is no less impressive. With its quartz countertops, oak cabinets, and premium appliances, including a residential-size Viking stainless-steel refrigerator and a wine fridge, the rig’s kitchen is especially eye-catching. The RV has four televisions—including a 55″ 8K model in the bedroom—a built-in Wi-Fi router and LED mood lighting. A Bose sound system provides audio for music and movies, while smart locks, exterior lighting, and a camera system keep the motorhome safe no matter where you park it.

Newell Coach P50
As Newell Coach’s flagship model, the P50 has everything you could ask for in a bespoke luxury motorhome—and probably a few things you never knew you wanted. The RV rides on a custom platform that includes a comfortable air suspension, a 605-horsepower Cummins diesel engine, an Allison six-speed transmission, and an automatic leveling system. The vehicle also features keyless entry, two sliding storage bays, a built-in power washer, and, new for 2024, a high-tech cockpit with three digital displays that put a wealth of information at the driver’s fingertips.
While there are multiple floorplans to choose from, every P50 has four slide-outs that expand the primary bedroom suite and kitchen/living room area. Customers can customize the interior to meet their individual needs, with Newell’s designers working closely with them to ensure the coach meets their exacting standards. Inside, the P50 isn’t short on amenities. The kitchen comes with a two-burner induction stove, a convection oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. The motorhome has four 4K TVs, a Marantz audio receiver, integrated surround sound speakers, and wireless Bluetooth connectivity. Quartz counters are in the kitchen and bathrooms, and heated tile floors are throughout. Two nightstands flank the king-size bed, and premium laminate cabinets and dressers abound.

Dynamax Dynaquest XL
The Dynamax Dynaquest XL proves that not all luxury RVs need to be Class A motor coaches. This Super Class C model measures 34′ 4″ to 41′ 3″, depending on the floorplan. It rides on a Freightliner chassis powered by a 450HP Cummins turbo diesel engine. Its standard features include adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a Garmin navigation system, and a Kenwood 10″ touchscreen infotainment interface that offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Quick-View cameras provide 360º views of the coach at all times, while a premium JBL sound system offers high-performance audio throughout.
The Dynaquest includes two patio awnings that automatically retract if wind speeds exceed safe limits. The exterior of the vehicle is illuminated by energy-saving LED lighting and includes aluminum-wrapped slide-out toppers and an outdoor entertainment center with a 32″ TV. A numeric keypad facilitates keyless entry into the cabin, and the RV’s exterior storage bays include doors that can be locked remotely.

Entegra Coach Cornerstone
The epitome of sophistication and style, the Entegra Coach Cornerstone has been one of the best-selling luxury RVs for years, and for good reason. This vehicle is well known for delivering upscale amenities and outstanding comfort, along with exceptional dependability and performance. Like some other manufacturers in this segment, Entegra uses a Spartan K3 chassis and a 605-hp Cummins diesel engine to keep the Cornerstone motoring along, but everything else about this model is unique and enticing.
From the driver’s seat to the living room and bedroom, the Cornerstone is singularly focused on keeping RVers comfortable and happy. That starts with leather massage chairs for the driver and co-pilot and extends to the plush leather furniture found throughout the rest of the vehicle. Hand-laid porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, and LED lighting provide a sense of elegance, while a Bose sound system and bar area—complete with a beverage chiller—make this RV the perfect place to host a party.

When not watching one of the three onboard TVs, campers can gather around the electric fireplace or snuggle up for a nap on the king-size bed. Later, they can make a snack in the well-appointed kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, induction stovetop, and a residential refrigerator that includes an ice maker and water dispenser. Living Vehicle GT38 Fifth-Wheel
A relative newcomer to the RV space, Living Vehicle has nevertheless made a name for itself over the past few years by delivering an outstanding luxury experience with its innovative travel trailers and fifth-wheels. The company’s GT38 model is its top-of-the-line option built to live off the grid for up to four weeks at a time. That’s made possible thanks to an entire roof covered in solar panels and a large bank of automotive-grade battery packs to harness and store power from the sun. The trailer is so efficient that it can even run its HVAC system for hours at a time from solar power alone.
With its fantastic features and amenities, boondocking in the GT38 isn’t exactly roughing it. The trailer offers sleeping accommodations for up to four campers, with a plush king-size bed in an elevated sleeping area located at the front of the trailer. The RV’s residential-style kitchen includes a moveable island for food prep, a three-burner cooktop, an optional dishwasher, and a 12V solar-powered refrigerator. The interior space even has a dedicated office space and it comes with a spacious bathroom that includes a spa-inspired shower and skylight.

Outside, the travel trailer has a fold-out patio accessible through sliding glass doors. An expansive solar awning deploys at the touch of a button and supplies more power to the GT38’s battery pack. That experience shines through on the company’s debut product, the Model Z. This well well-appointed fifth-wheel exudes confidence and luxury throughout, deftly mixing high-quality materials, forward-thinking engineering, and outstanding construction inside and out.
The Model Z stands out thanks to a list of features not commonly found in a mid-size fifth-wheel. The RV measures 32′ 11″ to 41′ 9″, depending on which of the five floorplans you choose. Multiple slides enhance its already generous interior space, while generous exterior cargo bays—and interior cabinets and closets—provide plenty of storage. A six-point, one-touch auto-leveling system, rugged 7,000 lbs. axels, H-rated Cooper Tires, and a built-in TPMS with wireless display all come standard.

The interior of the Model Z looks and feels like a luxury apartment, complete with premium furnishings, LED lighting, and an electric fireplace. The bed and bathroom areas offer class-leading ceiling heights of 79.5″, while the kitchen and dinette have slide-out heights of 76″. A 50″ smart TV is mounted on a powered televator and a premium wireless audio system allows owners to listen to music throughout the trailer. Large beds with memory foam mattresses are found in the primary sleeping area, while the bathroom includes a residential shower with a sliding glass door, a large backlit mirror, a linen closet, and a porcelain toilet.
Camp chefs will love everything the Model Z brings to the table. The interior kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave oven, a large 12V refrigerator, and farmhouse-style sink with roller cover. An outdoor kitchen is found on the fold-out patio and includes a mini fridge, a solid surface counter with a bar sink, and a pull-out trash bin. These features make the fifth-wheel the perfect option for weekend getaways, tailgating, or full-time living.

The crown for the most luxurious RV on the market today goes to the Marchi Mobile eleMMent Palazzo Superior. This built-to-order 45-foot motor coach includes some unique features that simply aren’t found on any other vehicle—including a two-story design and multiple climate zones. But this RV’s most notable feature is unquestionably its fishbowl-inspired front windshield—with auto-tinting glass no less. Inside, the cockpit is more akin to something you would find on a jet aircraft rather than a motorhome. It features a bank of digital displays and instrument clusters that give the impression you’re driving a spaceship.
With its multiple slide-outs and open floorplan, the Palazzo Superior offers over 730 square feet of living space. As you would expect, it comes with all of the typical amenities, including several flatscreen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom that includes a luxurious king-size mattress. But it has more than a few features to set it apart from the crowd, like an integrated wine cabinet, a spa-like bathroom with a rainfall shower, and a massive couch that stretches over four meters in length.

But the Palazzo Superior’s signature feature is its rooftop lounge. This lofted deck has a pop up sun shield, leather couch, and a heated floor. A high-end sound system from Steinway & Lyngdorf pumps music into the setting, which includes LED lighting for illuminating nighttime dance parties. A set of stairs located inside the vehicle provides access to the outdoor deck, which is surprisingly comfortable and accommodating.
The motorhome has a 600-hp Volvo engine and an overpowered HVAC system to keep it comfortable at any temperature. It also comes with 200-gallon fresh and gray water tanks, as well as a 65-gallon black water tank. An automated sun canopy, with lights and an audio system, deploys from one side of the vehicle, while exterior basement storage accommodates plenty of luggage and supplies.
Because this RV is built to meet the exact specs of its owner, Marchi Mobile is tight-lipped about pricing. That said, the cost of the Palazzo Superior is rumored to start at around $3 million, however, making it one of the most expensive RVs currently available.
