There’s no question that Class C coaches are having a moment. When you see what the Winnebago Navion has to offer, you’ll understand why. Sleek and modern inside and out, this rig comfortably sleeps four and includes a long list of standard features. And with three floor plans to choose from, there are options for just about every kind of buyer, from couples, small families, and retirees looking for an RV that is easy and fun to drive.

The video above takes us on a tour of the 24R floor plan, which offers buyers a modular interior and lots of cargo space. The rear of this model is occupied by the primary bedroom, where two twin beds that convert into a single large mattress as needed. The space also includes an integrated nightstand, under-bed storage, and a TV, making it a comfortable, quiet, and inviting place to relax and unwind after a busy day. A second sleep area is found in the cabover space, which can also be used for additional storage when not playing host to guests.

Midship, you’ll find a split bathroom, with a separate lavatory—complete with toilet and sink—on one side and a shower on the other. Next comes the galley and living room, which sit just behind the cab. Here, a comfortable sofa (theater seating is optional) sits adjacent to a removable table, with a second TV mounted on the wall nearby. A two-burner induction and gas stove and a residential convection microwave make meal prep a breeze, with a stainless steel sink for cleanup. A 10 cubic-foot 12V refrigerator keeps beverages cold and food fresh.

Winnebago builds the Navion coach on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis, giving it a turbo diesel engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The rig comes with hydraulic auto-leveling jacks and a host of driver assistance features, like lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, active brake assist, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A Lithionics 320Ah house battery keeps everything running, with a dedicated 280-amp second alternator recharging the power cells while in transit. Two 120W solar panels and a 2000W inverter further support the rig’s electrical system. A 3800W gas generator is an optional upgrade.

All of this sounds great on paper, but there is nothing quite like seeing the motorhome itself. The video provides a thorough 15-minute walkthrough of all of these features and more, with callouts to plenty of things we haven’t mentioned here. Hit play to watch the clip for yourself, then head over to the Winnebago website to learn more about the Navion and everything it brings to the table.
