Built on the Ram ProMaster 3500 chassis, the Jayco Swift is a camper van that is both well equipped and easy to drive. The rig comes with a long list of standard features at a price point that is more approachable than much of the competition. That makes it an excellent option for anyone looking for a Class B model to live out their #vanlife dreams, without having to sacrifice comfort, amenities, or their wallet.

The video above takes us inside the 2026 Swift 20T floor plan, which features a surprisingly open layout with two bench seats with a versatile table between them for enjoying meals, playing games, or working while on the road. The benches convert into twin beds or a king-size mattress as needed, allowing the van to comfortably sleep two. Nearby, the galley kitchen comes with a two-burner gas stove, a stainless steel sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The wet bath is located in the rear and includes a shower and toilet.
The Jayco Swift is also equipped with plenty of technology, including the company’s famous JRide system that delivers smooth and secure handling on the road. The van also has a full suite of safety features like lane keep assist, collision warning systems, active braking, backup cameras and more. A Truma Combi hot water and furnace ensure comfort even in cool conditions, running on both propane or electricity. Jayco’s Firefly multiplex system gives owners complete control and monitoring of climate, lighting, energy, and more from an integrated touchscreen or smartphone. All of this makes the Class B coach a throughly modern camper that is ready to go as soon as you roll it off the dealer’s lot.

Starting at $172,050, the Jayco Swift is a camper van that sits firmly in the middle of the Class B category in terms of pricing. Sure, there are less expensive models on the market, but they tend to be smaller, lack features, and have floor plans that feel less spacious and functional. This rig also competes nicely with pricier options from other manufacturers, offering many of the same features at a lower price point. The one notable exception is that the van does not offer AWD, limiting its use to pavement and light off-road duty.
