The president’s main source of travel may be a motorcade (or for longer trips, Air Force One), but we can all imagine what a presidential RV would look like. Classic, clean, and with a decent touch of luxury, there are dozens of RVs currently on the market that certainly fit that bill.
While many of these rigs are outside the realm of affordability for most of us, there are a few gems that come in below a president’s salary. Let’s look at a few luxury RVs that are perfectly fit for a president, or for anyone looking for a luxurious kind of getaway.

2021 Newmar King Aire

They don’t call it the King for nothing. As Newmar’s flagship coach, its luxurious touches are definitely elevated—even from just last year. In 2021, the King Aire underwent a lifecycle change that saw Newmar adding hundreds of various appointments and innovations to it, many of which aren’t available on any other coach.

The kitchen alone is the envy of any home cook, with Viking, Wolf, and Fisher & Paykel appliances, not to mention an exceptionally spacious pantry. The whole interior is open and spacious with tall ceilings and shining surfaces. There are a total of three Samsung QLED TVs inside, along with a Bose sound system. Back in the bedroom, a plush Sleep Number mattress welcomes you—as does a ton of storage and closet space.
The King Aire, in all its glory, will also set you back $1.3 million.
While America may have gone to great lengths to rail against the monarchy, the King Aire certainly reigns supreme.
2021 Entegra Cornerstone

Like the building block of any good government, you first need a solid cornerstone. Sitting proudly at the top of Entegra’s lineup is the Cornerstone. All seven 45-foot floorplans feature four prominent slideouts, leaving plenty of open space inside the coach. There’s a comfortable electric fireplace, a 50-inch smart TV, and a whole slurry of Whirlpool appliances in the kitchen and bathroom.

There’s also dimmable LED lighting inside for mood-setting, a massive pantry, and china hutch (because space is everything in an RV), and the fridge even has an icemaker. Some gorgeous, high-gloss porcelain (hand-laid, to boot) tile floors run the length of the RV.
The Cornerstone comes in at one of the more affordable luxury coaches on this list, starting at $749,730.
2021 Foretravel Realm Presidential LVB

In this case, it’s right in the name. The Foretravel Realm Presidential is fit for…well, a president. It offers a lot in the way of luxurious travel amenities. The LVB model, the one we’re focusing on here, stands for Luxury Villa Bunk, referencing two fixed bunks in addition to the master bedroom, and a full-size air bed in the living room. There are also two bathrooms, so whether you’re traveling solo with Secret Service or with the first family, there won’t be any fighting for the restroom.

Speaking of bathrooms, what really shines in the Foretravel Realm is its spa-like master bathroom. The Kohler Underscore bathtub—an extremely uncommon feature in many RVs—features a heated surface, hydrotherapy, chromatherapy (that is, multi-colored lighting), and sound waves. It’s a respite from the entire world around you.

The Thor Tuscany may evoke images of the Italian hillside, but hey, Italy has a president too. The 45MX is a 45-foot model and is a seamless, well-thought-out luxury coach. There are a whopping four TVs, including one outdoors so you can enjoy the great outdoors without escaping the confines of the luxury you so enjoy.

There are other modern technological advances included in the Tuscany as well. For example, there’s a 200-watt solar power charging system so you can commit to alternative energy sources. Along with that, there’s a 2,800-watt pure sine wave inverter so you can use more of that energy how you need to.
2022 Winnebago Journey

Forget what you think you know about Winnebago. A long-time producer of heritage RVs (so much so that the brand name has become sometimes synonymous with RVs in general), Winnebago has been reaching higher and higher into the luxury portfolio over the last few years, and the Journey is their latest step in that direction. There are three models, but the longest measures 41 feet 4 inches and includes numerous appointments that make the Journey worthy of any office-seeker (or anyone else, too).

Throughout the interior, you’ll find a 50-inch smart TV, and you have the option between a sofa or reclining theatre seating. Most notable about the Journey, it makes efficient use of its space. While not as massive as some of its comparable coaches included in this list (it’s about five feet shorter than most), it still offers plenty of luxury and everything you need to get away. Think of it as Camp David compared to the White House. Everything you need to get away—without getting too far away.
