Camping World to Acquire Oregon RV Dealership
Soon to Be the RV and Camping Retailer’s Second Location in the Medford, Oregon Area

Camping World Holdings Inc. announced this week that it has signed an agreement to acquire Triple A R.V. Center, located in Medford, Oregon. Camping World expects the acquisition to close this month. Then, the location will transition to its brand with a target open date of late March 2021.
“This transaction allows us to service customers on the northern side of Medford,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and Chairman of Camping World Holdings. “RV and outdoor enthusiasts are traveling daily up and down the I-5 corridor; our expansion is necessary to serve the growing market.”
The location will include a wide range of new and used RVs from top manufacturers in addition to a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories. With this newly acquired location, Camping World will grow to six locations in Oregon.
Camping World Holdings also owns and operates a second location south of Medford under its Gander RV & Outdoors brand, America’s second largest RV and outdoor dealer network behind Camping World.
