Klymit Introduces Inflatable Camp Lantern

The Everglow Light Tube is a Flexible Option for Campers

Image Caption:

Known for incorporating inflatable design to its products, Utah-based Klymit releases the Everglow Light Tube, a lightweight, LED camp lantern. As reported by New Atlas, “The LED tube takes advantage of air-filled construction for added convenience and versatility, easily mounting to a vehicle or awning as an overhead light or compacting down into a lantern.”

The Everglow comes in three sizes–regular, large, and extra-large–with the largest at 4oz and extending 34 inches. The large and extra-large come with a dimmer switch to control the level of light, and Klymit claims the tube’s inflatable chamber reduces harsh light. An LED powers up to 270 lumens, and the light is water-resistant.

Everglow packs down for storage or travel, and it comes with hypalon carabiner loop for tent or car attachment or can be mounted by magnet. It provides both directional and lantern-style lighting, with the large and extra-large sizes fitting into an included, translucent carrying case. The Everglow ranges in price between $19.95 to $39.95, and the power source is not included. Klymit offers a line of myCharge Adventure battery bank/chargers, or a USB-compatible energy source could be used.

Klymit was founded in 2007 with the goal of offering comfortable, easy-to-use outdoor equipment for every adventure. Klymit also offers sleeping pads, bags, pillows, tents, hammocks, and blankets, along with other outdoor gear.
