Lippert Components Earns Four Awards at 2021 SEMA Show
Subsidiaries LUVERNE and Curt Manufacturing Win Acclaim in First Ever Show.
The 2021 SEMA Show was a successful one for Lippert Components and two of its subsidiary brands. Making its first appearance ever at the annual Las Vegas event, the company took home four awards in total—scoring two each in the New Product and Global Media categories.
The first of the New Products awards went to LUVERNE, which earned a trophy for its Impact rear bumper step. This accessory installs on the back of a cargo van and serves as a heavy-duty step and rear bumper guard. The product can absorb the impact from accidentally backing into pylons or guard rails, preventing costly damage to the vehicle itself.
The other award in the New Product category went to Curt Manufacturing, which was honored for its GM Multi-Pro/Multi-Flex Tailgate Sensor. This device prevents damage to a Chevy or GM truck by working in tandem with the vehicle’s built-in electronic system. It stops the inner tailgate panel from deploying if a ball mount is in place.
Curt also walked away with two awards in the Global Media category, which are voted upon by a panel of international journalists. The company’s QuickPin Coupler and Universal Tri-Ball Coupler Lock garnered praise from the judges for their ease of use and clever functionality. The QuickPin Coupler saves time and hassle when hooking up a trailer to a vehicle, while the Coupler Lock ensures a secure connection at all times.
In addition to LUVERNE and Curt Manufacturing, other Lippert brands that made their debut at SEMA included ARIES, Ranch Hand, and UWS.
Congrats to the team at Lippert, LUVERNE, and Curt for garnering these honors.
