Pebble and Jackery have joined forces to make off-grid camping easier and more fun than ever. The two brands have announced a collaboration that further enhances the all-electric Pebble Flow’s already impressive off-grid camping capabilities. And thanks to a new solar energy package, owners can extend their boondocking adventures even further and possibly even indefinitely.
Jackery’s new Self-Powered Package was specifically developed for use with the 2027 Pebble Flow, with the goal of making it easier than ever to add additional solar panels to the RV. The plug-and-play solution features four 500W solar panels, which connect via three-meter-long cables and directly plug into the travel trailer’s own electric microgrid. This increases its solar generating capacity by a whopping 2000W, doubling the clean energy production of the Pebble Flow and feeding more power to the rig’s 45kWh lithium battery pack. According to Pebble, that’s more power than the camper typically consumes in a day, even when running the air conditioning. It also means extra electricity that can be used to power another RV, recharge an EV, or serve as emergency backup power at home.
“Enhancing the Pebble Flow’s premium off-grid capabilities with an additional 2kW of solar charging versatility unlocks significant opportunities for modern travelers seeking greater independence and extended adventures,” says Jackery Americas CEO Steven Wang via a press release. “Through this landmark partnership, Jackery is proving that energy self-reliance remains essential and achievable, even when your home is on the road.”

“Jackery has spent years building portable power that people count on, both at home and outdoors,” Pebble founder and CEO Bingrui Yang added. “Their solar panels connect straight into Pebble Flow’s own energy system, so travelers get the same steady, easy-to-use power on the road that they have at home.”
Orders are now open for the 2027 Pebble Flow, with the option to add the new Jackery Self-Powered Package as a $4000 upgrade to the Founders Edition of the travel trailer. Pebble also offers an integrated solar solution installed at the factory for an additional $5000, which means achieving the 4kW solar charging level requires a $9000 investment. But with that much solar power paired with such a large house battery, the towable will definitely be capable of staying completely off-grid for days at a time. The new Jackery package is expected to start shipping in December.
At this point, it is unclear if Jackery will eventually offer the Self-Powered Package for sale separately, allowing owners of other RV brands to tap into its ease of use and clean energy production. An increasing number of towables and motorhomes now ship with support for plug-in solar, making it easy to add portable solar panels as an aftermarket charging option. For now, the package seems to be exclusive to Pebble Flow owners, but it’s easy to see that there could be a lot of interest for this product in the broader RV community.
