While it’s easy to get excited about all the high-end, luxury RVs on the market, most of us can’t afford those flashy models filled with features we might not need. Thankfully, there are plenty of fun options to choose from at more affordable prices. Take, for example, the 2027 Coleman Lantern 19B, a bunkhouse model with room for five and some surprisingly nice features.
Based on the already-popular Coleman Lantern 17B floor plan, the 19B takes everything fans loved about that model and makes it a bit bigger. The new model measures 23′ 11″ in length and has a GVWR of 5,680 lbs. That makes it slightly bigger than its sibling, while still retaining a relatively compact and lightweight form factor built with families in mind. A flush floor slide takes advantage of the extra floor space to give the trailer a more open and airy interior, too.

The 19B’s primary sleep space features a queen-size bed, while two large double bunks with a 300 lbs. weight capacity are found at the rear. A four-person dinette converts into yet another bed, making it possible to accommodate more than five people if guests don’t mind getting a little cozy. The nearby kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, a microwave, stainless steel sink, and an energy-efficient 12V 8 cubic-foot fridge, while the bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and second sink with a vanity.
Designed and built by Keystone, the Coleman Lantern 19B comes with excellent storage options, including a pass-through external cargo hold, various cabinets, shelves, and cupboards, and bonus storage located under the bunks. The rig is solar-ready straight from the factory, includes built-in stabilizing jacks, and has numerous USB-A and USB-C charging ports throughout the cabin. It also features a large battery rack, giving owners the option to expand their power capacity. A powered 16′ awning also comes standard.

Final pricing for the Coleman Lantern 19B has yet to be announced, but for reference, the 17B model starts at around $15,000. Obviously, the larger floor plan will cost a little more, but don’t expect to be much pricier as it rolls out to dealer lots in the coming weeks.
