Many of break into RVing with a more compact pop-up or travel trailer to make for an easier towing learning curve. But what if there were a fifth wheel that contained all the luxuries of an upscale home but in an easy-towing footprint that still allows you to enjoy the tighter confines of state and national park campgrounds? At less than 35 feet long and weighing under 12,000 pounds dry, the East to West Ahara 325RL is just that, and so much more.
The Ahara lineup is available in three floorplans with a beautiful Barrington maple decor, all of which are built to last, with ⁵⁄₈-inch tongue-and-groove plywood decking, high-gloss laminated side walls, Azdel composite panels, heavy-duty axles and springs, and Nev-R-Adjust brakes. Plus, the 101-inch-wide chassis includes a sizable drop-frame pass-through storage area.
The 325RL features six and a half feet of headroom in the bedroom and bathroom, plus a spacious seamless shower, large sofa, a double-door pantry and coat closet, and a king bed with nightstand shelves. The amidships dual-entry bathroom features sliding-door access, and the porcelain toilet is positioned for increased elbow room. The living area includes a TV above an electric fireplace, and the island configuration in the kitchen maximizes prep space. Much appreciated are the 16-cubic-foot residential fridge, high-efficiency triple A/C system, second powered awning, stackable washer/dryer prep, and heated holding tanks for four-season capabilities.
