New Digital Platform ‘Winnebago Insider’
Dubbed Winnebago Insider, the platform will deliver brand and product news to new and prospective customers.
Winnebago has released a new digital platform they’re calling Winnebago Insider. Here, the company will provide Winnebago brand news including new products and innovations, RV models and service options, and other relevant updates for Winnebago customers.
“Winnebago Insider marks a significant step forward in our effort to engage with existing and prospective customers,” Winnebago Outdoors President Huw Bower said. “RV owners and enthusiasts have consistently asked Winnebago to deliver even more specialized solutions to match their unique needs and interests while exploring the outdoors. Winnebago Insider gives them the insights they crave about our latest models and what is on the horizon.”
Features of the platform include virtual tours of Winnebago’s suite of products, expert commentary about models, user testimonials, technology spotlights, and other breaking news, including photos, floorplans, and user reviews. Video stories will showcase select RV models with product managers.
Winnebago hopes to attract first-time buyers by offering user-friendly shopper tools and unique search functions that lets customers search by lifestyle preferences.
“There are many people interested in learning more about RVing but are not sure where to begin or which product to choose,” Bower said. “Winnebago Insider provides clear and comprehensive information to help those customers plan their next outdoor adventure with confidence.”
For its debut, the platform will spotlight six highly anticipated models with “insider” stories, including the Hike 100, the Micro Minnie FLX, the Roam, the Ekko Type C, the Solis Pocket, and the Vista 33K.
