The modern RV market has a little something for everyone these days, starting with budget, entry-level towables and going all the way up to multimillion-dollar, luxury motorhomes. But for most of us, the sweet spot falls somewhere in between, with rigs that deliver a ton of value for our hard-earned cash. In fact, there are a number of great options in the $30,000-$50,000 price range that include long lists of features and amenities. Our latest Wildsam RV Buyer’s Guide takes a look at a few.

Jayco Jay Flight SLX 295TBS
Jayco is well known for delivering great value across its entire line of RVs, and the new Jay Flight SLX 295TBS does nothing to dispel that notion. The 36-foot, 10-inch travel trailer comfortably sleeps seven thanks to the queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and a second sleep space with three bunks in the rear. A spacious living room with a plush sofa sits opposite the well-equipped kitchen, which comes complete with residential-style appliances and a huge pantry. The midship bathroom is also nice, with a corner shower, sink, and medicine cabinet.
All of that alone would represent good value in an RV, but the 295TBS floor plan comes with a number of other notable features. For instance, the U-shaped dinette off the kitchen is absolutely massive, making a great place to gather for meals, games or socializing. The rig also has an outdoor entertainment center with a mini-fridge, TV prep and an LP quick-connect port for attaching a grill.

Storage space abounds, with a surprising number of drawers, shelves, and wardrobes. Even the bunk beds in the rear bedroom fold up to accommodate additional gear. A tankless hot water heater, large and plentiful windows, and roomy interior give the trailer a modern feel, all for a starting price of just $39,893.
