Leisure Travel Vans Earns Top Honors in 2021 Dealer Satisfaction Index
Company earns ‘Quality Circle Award’ for Ninth Straight Year

The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has revealed its 2021 Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI), honoring the best RV manufactures and brands in the industry. For the ninth year in a row, Leisure Travel Vans has earned the coveted Quality Circle Award for receiving high marks from RVDA members.
Conducted on an annual basis, the DSI surveys RV dealerships from around the country to determine which manufacturers provide the best service and support. Dealers rate the companies in four key areas, including reliability, parts, warranty, and sales, assigning them a score on a five-point scale for each area. The brands that receive at least 15 dealer responses and score an average of 4.25 or above receive the Quality Circle Award.
This year, Leisure Travel Vans—a subsidiary of Triple E. Recreational Vehicles— earned the highest score in the “motorized vehicle brands” category. After tabulating all of the ratings from the participating dealerships, the company received an average grade of 4.83. That was enough to continue its nine-year run of success in the DSI.
