Las Vegas-based analytics company Stream It, Inc. announced it has reached $50 million in pre-order sales for its yet-to-be released CyberLandr— a truck camper designed exclusively for use with the Tesla Cybertruck.
Pre-orders launched in early April, with the first 20 costing $40,000, rising up gradually to its regular retail price of $50,000. Stream It reports that customers placed more than 1,000 pre-orders in the first 15 days.
“We conservatively estimate demand for CyberLandr at more than 10,000 units in 2022,” said Lance King, Stream It, Inc. CEO.
King added that the company was working with lean-manufacturing consultants Munro and Associates, which he said would help Stream It cater to high demand, while delivering a high-quality product.
The CyberLandr has a dry toilet, shower, kitchen, and bed. It also has a water-filtration system, voice automation, and a Starlink dish for internet access. It collapses in on itself so that individuals can still use the Cybertruck as they normally would, fitting it in normal parking spaces and going through drive thrus.
