Sunnybrook RV’s Mobile Scout fifth-wheel series features functional layouts with top-name
appliances and amenities — three-burner ranges with piezo ignitions, optional Dometic
Royale double-door fridges, solid-oak cabinet doors/trim and optional interior upgrade
packages are just a few of the features. The exclusive Sunny-Seat dinette sofa simply
unlatches from the wall and can be moved on casters, providing more seating options. Other
features include gel-coat fiberglass exteriors and end caps (with integrated bay windows on
select models), a lighted grab bar that makes entering and exiting easier, lambrequin trim
around the living- and dining-room windows, a pull-out waste basket, custom wood VCR
compartment console, flush-floor slideouts and optional glass shower door. Sunnybrook’s
all-aluminum frame construction includes a floor constructed with 5/8-inch
tongue-and-groove exterior-grade plywood under residential Congoleum flooring or 28-ounce
padded carpeting. Poplar hardwoods are used in lieu of soft pine for all interior
