RV Model News: Fleetwood's Avion Platinum Series

Fleetwood’s Avion Platinum-series features 8 feet 4 inches of ceiling headroom in the main
living area, with 6 feet 8 inches in the main slideouts. The galley in this midsize
fifth-wheel has a large double-door fridge, a space-saver microwave, and a water purifier.
Other standard features include a flush-floor slideout system, ceiling fan, free-standing
dinette with four chairs, an AM/FM/cassette/CD stereo with surround sound, 27-inch
television in the living area, a 13-inch bedroom television, glass shower door, deluxe
60×80-inch mattress with lift mechanism, 10-gallon DSI water heater, 50-amp electrical
service, a two-stage furnace with digital thermostat and a huge, lighted chassis storage
compartment with a 500-pound load rating. Fleetwood uses welded aluminum frame construction
on a 12-1/4-inch Paco I-beam and a Mor-Ryde RE suspension system. For information about the
