Wood blocks, molded plastic wedges, rubber ramps — we have a variety of tools available for leveling a trailer. They all work, and they all require a degree of practice and seat-of-the- pants guesstimations to produce a more or less level unit. The Level-Air is one of the latest products that can replace our older advices as we strive to avoid off-camber camping.
Level-Air is a large fabric and rubber air bag that’s placed under the trailer tire and, on inflation, raises the tire by varying amounts according to how much air is pumped into it. This gives the user control over how much lift to add for leveling purposes.
