The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the latest recalls related to the RV industry:
- Certain (2011) Forest River Inc. Wildcat travel trailers
manufactured from Jan. 1, 2010, through July 22, 2010. The information
for the models’ gross vehicle weight rating, gross axle weight rating,
tires, rims and air pressure was incorrectly inputted in the corporate
computer system. As a result, it may lead an owner to inadvertently
overload the vehicle. - Certain (2011) Jayco Inc. Jay Feather travel trailers Series
X213 manufactured from May 17, 2010, through Aug, 16, 2010, for failing
to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety
