Lance Camper Continues Innovative Design

Originally Published in Trailer Life Magazine

Appearing on the scene in 1965 as M&M Trailer Supply of North Hollywood, California,
Lance Camper Manufacturing Company took the market by storm and is one of the most
successful and respected truck-camper companies more than 40 years later.

Currently located
in Lancaster, California, on 22 acres, the firm continues its innovative and structurally
sound camper design with the Lance 830 model for 2008. Weighing in at only 2,240 pounds,
the just-short-of-9-foot model is appropriate for short- and long-bed trucks, and retails
for about $20,000. The spacious floorplan is available in three configurations: side entry,
side entry with rear fold-down tent and rear entry with full-height wardrobe.

The
Euro-style design features angled wood cabinetry and doors, and a clever neo-round corner
shower with a curved sliding bathroom. Ample sleeping accommodations and generous
cabinet-and-storage space add to the standard features on this contemporary camper.
