King of the Road Debuts Lower-Price Model

Originally Published in Trailer Life Magazine

Introduced as a new entry into the mid-highline fifth-wheel market, King of the Road’s LS
joins the Royalite and Crown Marquis models.

“Our research showed a gap in the market for a
fifth-wheel built to our strict standards, but still priced in the low $40s,” said Andy
Bouchard, national sales manager for King of the Road. “Our goal is to fill that gap with
the LS.”

The LS comes with many of the same construction features found in the
higher-priced models, including an Alumatru superstructure, ceiling heights of nearly 8
feet, Arctic Pack insulation, 6-foot 7-inch slideout rooms and hardwood cabinet doors.

“The
best part is that things like our SlideDeck, a second air conditioner in the bedroom and a
convenience package are available in the LS,” Bouchard added.
