G-Force Toy Hauler

Unless you haven’t been out of the house much lately, you’ve probably noticed that the SURV market is the hottest thing since slideouts. Gulf Stream Coach has certainly been out and about, which is why it has a new model in its toy hauler lineup — the G-Force, available in travel-trailer and fifth-wheel floorplans.

“We went more than a step beyond what others have done in this market,” says Ron Perryman, Gulf Stream’s national sales manager. “The G-Force is the most value-packed toy hauler in the industry today.” To back that claim, Perryman points to at least 25 items that are different from the competition. These include a 101-inch ramp door to soften the entry angle for large toys like sand cars, torsion suspension and dual-pane windows (not for insulation, but for sound attenuation).

The G-Force pictured here is the 3105GF fifth-wheel, and like the other G-Force models, it’s available in two interior decors: Blazen Pewter and Tan Fusion. The former is the familiar industrial gray race treatment, while the latter appeals to those who prefer a traditional RV-style interior.

Starting from the rear, the 3105GF features a pull-down bed over the cargo area, plus a fold-away streetside sofa with table and a pair of chairs bisected by a small table on the curbside. Most of the galley resides on the streetside corner of the living area, and consists of a three-burner stove, a water-filtration faucet, a microwave convection oven and plenty of counter space. The 8-cubic-foot refrigerator, meanwhile, resides on the curbside accompanied by a slide-out pantry.

Up front you’ll find a china toilet with sprayer in a separate room with the shower, across from which is a lav and a large wardrobe. A full-size, pillow-top queen bed has plenty of walk-around room, and is located between two large shirt closets. It comes standard with 7,000-pound axles, eight-lug aluminum wheels, LED clearance lights, an awning, a 10-gallon DSI water heater, an exterior shower, 50-amp service and a pressure-wash system.

Some options include a 5.5-kW Onan AC generator; a 1,000-watt inverter; dual 28-gallon fuel tanks with fueling station; a 900-watt Kicker audio system with nine speakers and a powered subwoofer; dual picture windows with swivel/recline rocking chairs; LCD high-definition televisions; single or double electric queen beds; heated and enclosed holding tanks; stabilizing jacks; slideout room; and more.

The G-Force line is available in a total of eight floorplans: 22 to 32 feet in travel trailer models, 31 to 35 feet in fifth-wheel models.
