Fuel prices have recently seen their steepest drop in two years. Nationally, gasoline
prices have dipped more than 10 cents a gallon since mid-September.
The average cost of
self-serve regular nationwide, including all grades and taxes, was approximately $1.65,
according to a recent Lundberg survey. That price is down more than 10 cents in two weeks.
