Fuel prices have continued their downward trend, dipping below $1.50 per gallon in many
areas. According to a survey by the AAA, the nationwide average price of regular gas
dropped to $1.49, the lowest since last January.
The government reports that it’s likely to
drop even more as we enter the summer driving season, although there may be some spikes due
to refineries switching over to summer blends and other spot market affects.
