After going through many spice racks and bottles, and cleaning up scattered spices after the bottles fell off the sliding pantry shelves, my wife decided to recycle some of our prescription bottles. She sanitized the containers, dried them thoroughly and then filled them with spices. The lids are labeled for easy viewing, they fit perfectly on the pantry shelves, and they stay put.
