Something good is happening in Humboldt, Kansas. Founder and co-owner Joe Works, of B&W
Trailer Hitches, decided to retain his 180 employees – even after losing half of its
business due to the recent economic downturn. Works sends his employees with full pay to
help the town on community projects such as painting churches, pruning trees and sprucing
up the local parks. The story was recently showcased on a “Making a Difference” report by
NBC Nightly News. Check out the video at B&W Trailer
Hitches.
