While celebrating its annual Grand National Rally this week, Winnebago took time out to launch a new smartphone app. The multimedia software aims to improve the ownership experience for the company’s customers by providing a centralized and secure location for providing information. The app is available now on both iOS and Android.

Some of the features of the new app include a library of how-to videos, digital owners manuals, and maintenance checklists. The software can also locate Winnebago service centers across the country, with maps to help RVers navigate to the nearest destination. The goal is to put as much information as possible at owners’ fingertips, delivering an easy-to-access repository for data on their vehicles.

In a press release announcing the new app, Winnebago’s director of digital customer engagement Kim Weckert said, “This app gives customers the information they need right at their fingertips to own and operate their RVs.” She went on to add, “With a greater understanding of their vehicle systems and service needs, owners can travel with ease and more fully enjoy the benefits of RV ownership.”

Winnebago promises future updates will add additional features that will further assist owners. This new version of the app underscores the company’s commitment to using technology and mobile devices to further connect with its customers and deliver outstanding service.

To download the Winnebago smartphone app, visit the App Store on iOS and the Google Play Store on Android.
