Keystone’s line of Hideout travel trailers is designed to offer buyers a comfortable, well-equipped RV at an affordable price. But as these models have evolved, they’ve also become more innovative and enticing, too, with several floor plans standing out from the crowd. Take for example the Keystone Hideout 31SUNROOM, which is unlike just about anything else you’ll see on the road or at the campsite.
So what makes this particular model so special? Well, for starters, as its name implies, it has a dedicated sunroom. The rear of the trailer is dominated by a large sunken living room with an L-shaped lounge, a fireplace, and a 50″ smart TV. That alone isn’t especially noteworthy, except for the fact that the room also happens to be surrounded on three sides by large windows. This not only makes it great for soaking in the views at the campground, it also allows plenty of natural light into the interior, creating a warm and inviting space.

The Keystone Hideout 31SUNROOM has plenty to offer in other areas, too. For instance, it comes with a kitchen that includes a host of great features, including a residential-style refrigerator, a microwave/air fryer, and a three-burner stove. It also has plenty of counter space and an open layout that’s further enhanced by a round bistro-style table—something that isn’t found in many RVs. This area also benefits from having a surprising number of windows, which only adds to its appeal.
Further back, you’ll find a bathroom complete with a porcelain toilet, sink, a spacious shower, and a sleek, modern vanity. It sits along a hallway that leads to the primary bedroom, where a queen-size bed awaits. Twin wardrobes, overhead cabinet space, and additional storage cabinets and shelves make this a convenient place to escape at the end of the day. A second dedicated air conditioning unit provides climate control in this space.

If all of this sounds great, wait until you see it for yourself. The video above takes you through the Hideout 32SUNROOM, sharing lots more details on its design and layout. The clip also shows you just how big and open the floor plan feels thanks to the large and numerous windows. As we’ve already said, there aren’t many travel trailers that come close to offering this same experience, which makes this model truly unique.
