Jayco’s 2023 Precept Prestige is Refined Luxury on Wheels
This Class A Motorhome is the Epitome of Class, Comfort, and Style

Jayco’s Precept Prestige has always been one of the most luxurious and refined motorhomes on the road. As the company’s flagship model, this Class A gas-powered RV has continually set a high bar in terms of comfort, features, and amenities. That continues to be the case with the 2023 edition, which includes some excellent updates that make life on the road better than ever.

The Precept Prestige rides on a Ford F53 chassis that rides on 22.5” Michelin tires. Under the hood, the motorhome sports a 350-horsepower engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission that puts out 468 ft-lb. of torque. More importantly, this motorhome comes with Jayco’s proprietary JRide system, which incorporates a computer-balanced driveshaft, a Bilstein steering stabilizer, Koni shocks, and heavy-duty front and rear stabilizer bars. The result is dramatically improved stability and handling.

Inside, the Precept Prestige boasts residential-style stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, glass tile backsplashes, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The motorcoach has an electric fireplace, a king-size bed, an LED HD smart TV, and plenty of onboard storage. The RV’s onboard bathroom even includes a porcelain toilet, a spacious shower, and a stainless steel sink illuminated by LED lights.

Other notable features include vinyl plank flooring throughout the cabin, an electric-powered entrance step, and lockable pass-through storage compartments. In the cockpit, the Precept Prestige comes equipped with an 8” Pioneer infotainment center complete with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A built-in water filtration system provides added convenience, while integrated smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms ensure RVers stay safe at the campsite.

With the Precept Prestige, Jayco has even managed to make emptying the waste tanks a more effortless and cleaner process. The motorhome features the Thetford Sani-Con Turbo macerator system, which breaks down waste and automatically pumps it into the dump station. This takes one of the more tedious tasks of RV ownership and makes it surprisingly quick and straightforward.

The 2023 edition of the Jayco Precept Prestige is available in three distinct floorplans that can comfortably sleep six to nine people, depending on the configuration. Pricing starts at $229,725.
