It’s Friday! Which means it’s time for another edition of our weekly RV news roundup. There is plenty to get to this week, so let’s dive right in:

- Storyteller Overland Launches Ineos Grenadier-Based Expedition Vehicle: It was an exciting week for overlanders looking for a bespoke off-road vehicle to take on their adventures. That’s because Storyteller Overland took the wraps off its latest project, the Grand Bohemian. The rig is built on the Ineos Grenadier, a modern off-roader with old-school roots. Built to truly take on the roughest terrain, the Grenadier is a beast and has a growing following in the expedition vehicle space. In this case, Storyteller decked it out with a custom interior that includes a hardwood butcher-block counter, unique leather seating, dimmable red and white lights, and SeaDek flooring. An Evictus Prerunner Suspension further enhances off-road prowess, as does Torque Enduro wheels, and a built-in air compressor for adjusting tire pressure pre- and post-drive. Power comes courtesy of a 5.4kWh house battery system paired with a 2000W inverter and a 400W solar panel array. All in all, a very impressive new option for exploring and camping off-grid. Pricing starts at $198,888. Check it out in the video above and find out more here.

- Grand Design Expands Motorized Lineup with Lineage Series VP: Grand Design’s ambitions in the motorized space continue to grow, as the RV manufacturer has revealed yet another new model. The Lineage Series VP slots into the Class B lineup alongside the Lineage Series VT model. The VP version rides on the Ram ProMaster chassis and is built for more refined adventures. The van has room for six passengers and comfortably sleeps four, with a spacious lounge in the rear that converts into a bed, while a second mattress is suspended overhead. A well-equipped galley kitchen and an Aquahaven shower are also very notable features. Learn more here.

- Dodge Reintroduces the Ram ProMaster City Van: The battle over the best van platform for use in Class B models may have just gotten a little more interesting. This week, Dodge debuted the 2027 edition of the Ram ProMaster City, which has been missing from the lineup since 2022. The new model is roughly two feet longer than the previous version, making it roomier and more attractive to upfitters and OEM brands alike. Unfortunately, this new iteration still doesn’t have AWD, but it is priced nicely, with a starting MSRP for the base model of about $40k. Car and Driver has more here.

- Skydream to Show Off High-Tech Travel Trailer on March 23: Chinese-based Skydream is set to make its American debut in less than two weeks. The company hopes to introduce its high-tech, next-generation travel trailer to the US market later this year, with the first step in that process taking place on March 23. That’s when the company’s innovative towable will make its North American debut in an invite-only event taking place in San Jose, CA. Previously, the rig has been spotted at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf back in August and earned a Platinum Award at the 2025 MUSE Design Awards. RV Pro has more here.

- The Dyrt Says Campers are Getting Better at Honoring Their Reservations: According to The Dyrt, campers who make reservations at a campground are increasingly likely to show up at those locations and actually use the reservations they make. That means fewer no-shows and a more accurate indication of which campsites are available for everyone else. Data from The Dyrt’s 2026 Camping Report indicates that 72.9% of campers say they showed up for every reservation they made in 2025, which is up from 58.9% just two years earlier. Better still, the number of campers who arrived a day or more late fell by 9%, too. Read more on these findings here.

- Hipcamp Now Lets You Filter Search for Car Campers, Rooftop Tents, and More: Online campsite discovery platform Hipcamp has just added a handy new feature for vehicle-based users. The site now offers the option to sort your searches for locations that allow car camping, as well as places that are perfect for rooftop tents and truck campers. To reflect this change, the filter has been renamed from “RV Type” to “Rig Type” to help reflect a more diversified audience. Additionally, Hipcamp has further clarified its results to indicate if a campsite is reachable with 2WD, 4WD recommended, or 4WD required. Try it out for yourself here.
