Country Coach is recalling 86 model year 2006-2007 Allure and 2006
Intrigue motorhomes, and Spartan is recalling 495 model year 2006-2007
MM built with Cummins ISL CM850 diesel engines. The connecting rods may
contain a machining defect in the wrist pin bushing of the rod that
could cause a seizure of the piston pin. If allowed to progress, this
can lead to engine failure with the possibility of allowing oil and
debris onto the roadway, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. Country
Coach is working with Cummins to recalibrate the engine control module
and enhance the engine protection system, enabling it to provide early
detection of the failure mode and avoid more serious engine damage and a
resultant safety hazard. Cummins will also install a new valve cover
with a crankcase pressure sensor. Campaigns 07V-239 and 07V-280

Breeze FW; 2002-2003 Sea Breeze LX; 1998-2002 Sea View; 2003 Seabreeze;
2001-2003 Splash; 1999-2001 Surf Side; 1997-2003 Tradewinds; 2002-2003
Tradewinds LE; 2003 Tradewinds LTC; and 1997-2003 Tropi-Cal motorhomes.
Glendale RV is recalling 1,686 model year 2002-2004 Golden Falcon,
Travelaire, Royal Classis, and Titanium motorhomes equipped with a
two-door refrigerator, manufactured by the Dometic Corporation. These
refrigerators may have a defect in the boiler tube. Pressurized coolant
solution could be released into an area where an ignition source (gas
flame) is present. Release of coolant under certain conditions could
ignite and result in a fire. The coach manufacturers will be working
with Dometic in order to repair these refrigerators by installing a
secondary burn housing, a thermal fuse, and a melt fuse. Stericycle will
assist owners in locating dealerships or service centers and will
provide assistance with scheduling of appointments. Campaigns 07V-230
