The Cummins Onan newly redesigned RV QG 2800 generator replaces the previous KV and KVD product families while meeting stricter EPA Phase II standards for spark-ignited engines. The new models have a larger, 217cc engine that is said to produce more power. It also has on-board diagnostics, claimed easier starting in extreme temperatures, an internalized muffler for less noise, a low-profile exhaust outlet with added ground clearance and a B+ terminal that Cummins Onan says makes for easier installation.
