Sea Eagle Boats Inc. recently added its new, improved-design NeedleNose NN126 to its latest line of inflatable stand-up paddleboards. This 12-foot, 6-inch tourer features an advanced shape that tremendously reduces drag, friction and the unwanted effects of the wind, according to the company. Made from a 6-inch, double-layer, 1,000-denier high-pressure reinforced core with quadruple overlapping seams, the NN126 features an extra reinforcement layer that runs the entire length of the rails to provide additional longitudinal rigidity. Weighing only 25 pounds and inflating in less than 10 minutes, the NeedleNose NN126 can be stored in the trunk of a car, ready to be rapidly deployed at a moment’s notice.
