Seemingly pushing the motorhome floorplan envelope to its ultimate boundaries, Rexhall
Industries of Lancaster, California, recently debuted a RoseAir model (TR-3690-DS)
featuring two opposing, full-wall slideouts. The expansive configuration allows a forward
living room and spacious mid-coach galley/dining area, plus a rear master bedroom that
feels more like it should exist in a permanent residence rather than an RV. With a total of
392 square feet of living area within its 37-foot length, no one will be complaining about
claustrophobia. “The new RoseAir TR-3690-DS is the best T-Rex floorplan we’ve done yet,”
noted Paul Rex, the company’s director of operations. “With its booth dinette and sofa
combo, wall-mounted LCD television, and dishwasher, (just to name a few highlights), it is
very space-efficient.” According to Rex, the company’s 100-percent welded-steel uni-body
superstructure is what allows Rexhall to incorporate twin 27-foot, 10-inch slideouts into
the floorplan; no screws or rivets are used. The new RoseAir is built on a Workhorse
R-Series, diesel-powered chassis incorporating Workhorse’s SmartChassis design. Components
are arranged in intelligent, user-friendly configurations; the SmartChassis features an
air-spring suspension system, optimum engine placement and an independent front suspension
that ensures precise handling without sacrificing ride quality. Decor and amenities in the
unit further accentuate the coach’s upscale atmosphere. The living room is lushly furnished
with contemporary pieces such as an L-shaped convertible couch/sofa bed, and recliner
chair. The master bedroom boasts a 60×76-inch queen bed; a rear, full-length closet; second
flat-screen television; and a unique corner shower-and-bathroom arrangement that creates
the ambiance of a luxury hotel suite. Some of the more conspicuous options that can be
ordered with this coach include a 12-cubic foot, double-door refrigerator, KVH satellite
system, washer-dryer, RCA surround sound system and a Tripp-Lite inverter package. The new
RoseAir comes with a standard one-year warranty, although an additional five-year
structural warranty is available when ordering a Rexhall coach under the company’s “Factory
Direct For You Program” through a participating factory dealer store. This package also
includes free one-year memberships to three prominent RV clubs. Rexhall Industries, (800)
