We found an easy cure for persistent refrigerator odors. Wipe down the entire inside of the refrigerator with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Rinse it all off with more warm water. Then place an open pan (no cover) with several large pieces of charcoal in the pan inside the refrigerator for three to four days with the door shut. The odor will be gone. This worked for us like a charm.
