Q. My tire pressures seem to drop overnight, especially in the winter. Why
is that?

 

A. Tire pressure drops by approximately 1 psi for every 1 degree
F decrease in temperature. Drivers should check and adjust their tire pressure before
driving to compensate for significant temperature changes.
