Consumer-polling firm J.D. Power & Associates’ latest survey of people who bought new vehicles in the past three years shows that drivers who have Personal Assistance Service (PAS) systems such as OnStar in their new vehicles renew their subscriptions 63 percent of the time.
Results from the J.D. Power survey also revealed that a third of consumers are interested in having the systems in their vehicles.
These two-way communication networks can be found on vehicles from Audi, Acura, BMW, GM, Lexus, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo.
