NuWa Industries of Chanute, Kansas, known for its quality fifth-wheel trailer brands,
recently announced it will discontinue building RVs in January. NuWa makes Stow-A-Wa,
HitchHiker and SnowBird fifth-wheels. RVs on the production line will be finished. The good
news is that Nu-Wa will honor warranty claims and the factory service center will remain in
operation until at least 2010. Nu-Wa started in 1969.
