New Mitsubishi SUV
Mitsubishi will introduce a new sport-utility vehicle called the Endeavor as a 2004 model. Designed in California, the SUV will be available in either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The new vehicle will be powered by a V-6 engine.

Suzuki “Zero, Zero & 7” Program
American Suzuki Motor Corporation announced the start of its “Zero, Zero & 7” program, which became effective August 1, 2002. The “Zero, Zero” finance portion of the program offers zero down payment and zero percent financing for up to five years on all Suzuki 2002/2003 models. The 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty offers fully transferable coverage to succeeding owners with no deductibles.

Great North American Rally
The 2002 Great North American RV Rally hosted nearly 3,000 RVs at the Fairplex in Pomona, California, in late June. Some 6,000 RVers stayed on-site, while 7,000 visitors were issued day passes. Frommer’s Exploring America by RV
Now in its second edition, Frommer’s Exploring America by RV includes Web information for computer-connected RVers. Authors Shirley Slater and Harry Basch, the professional husband-and-wife travel-writing team, wrote the first edition after they became avid RVers. Slater and Basch discovered RVing in 1992, after 20 years’ exploration of 186 countries by every possible means, from elephant to ski. The book is available in bookstores nationwide.
