Motorhome owners traveling to southwest Florida will soon have a new RV resort to consider.

JL Cypress Trails LLC, an affiliate of JL Properties Inc., announced  June 11 it is launching a new RV resort in Fort Myers – Cypress Trail RV Resort. The new development will cater to owners of Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes, as well as fifth-wheels, travel trailers and park model resort homes. Introductory pricing for sites start at $39,000, according to a news release.

The new RV neighborhood is adjacent to well-known Cypress Woods RV Resort at Exit 139 just off Interstate 75. It’s a short drive to a variety of community activities, including shopping, restaurants, cultural offerings, sporting outlets and Gulf-front beaches.

The developer anticipates that sites for the new getaway, which will contain 550 tracts when built out, will sell fast at the $39,000 introductory price as RVers realize the value Cypress Trail provides.

Each 30-by-90-foot parcel will feature lush tropical native landscaping. Lots are available as pull-in for motorized RVs or back-in for towables. Enhanced hookups with 50-30-20 amp service and free Wi-Fi Internet service are standard, while a variety of developer-furnished options are available.

Cypress Trail will offer residents and guests a large clubhouse with a catering kitchen and meeting room, two heated pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball area and horseshoe pit. Two large lakes with a nature preserve and nature trails round out the resorts offerings.

The resort’s website is www.CypressTrailRV.com and is currently under development. For more information, call (239) 333-3249 or e-mail [email protected].
