New Kid on the Block

Originally Published in Trailer Life Magazine

With more than 100 years experience between them spent at some of the most renowned RV companies in America, Paul Miller and Tony Newman joined forces to create a new RV manufacturer in the heartland.

Based in Nappanee, Indiana, Heritage One RV boasts a long list of reasons why travelers should buy its product; the list actually contains 30 top factors that make this new product so intriguing, including 80-inch ceiling heights, residential 60/40 sinks, a true 60×80-inch queen-size bed, huge patio area awnings and special electrical wiring techniques, to name but five.

The trailer line, Due West, features eight floorplans, each offering a choice of five interior décor treatments, painted radius lower skirts, quality cabinets, ball-bearing full-extension drawers and deluxe baggage doors. The Due West 25-foot Bunk House model should appeal to families, in particular, with its surplus of sleeping space and abundant storage. The rear bunk beds measure an ample 32×72 inches and face the good-size curbside bath, making it especially practical for kids. The mid-trailer dinette faces the well-equipped galley, while the forward bedroom with its queen-size bed provides comfort, privacy and walk-around space for a couple. The Due West 25-foot Bunk House claims a gvwr of 5,700 pounds, allowing cargo-carrying room for 1,300 pounds of toys, big and small, in the clean, finished and lighted storage compartments.
