California-based MHC Group Inc. — manufacturer of Pinnacle, Residency, Summit and Desert
Fox motorhomes, and Traveleze fifth-wheels — has ceased operations, due to declining
retail sales. The announcement was made by owner Gordie Hakes in August. Hakes said MHC
might reopen its factory in Rancho Cucamonga once market conditions improve.
