Kampground of America Inc. (KOA) has taken over the operation of the Circusland RV Park in
conjunction with the Circus Circus Hotel, Casino and Theme Park in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The
Billings, Montana-based campground chain has signed a 10-year lease on the Strip property.
“This is a natural fit for both of us,” said Circus Circus Las Vegas Vice President and
General Manager Don Thrasher. “Circus Circus has been entertaining family travelers for 35
years, while KOA has been the top family campground for 40 years.”
The KOA campground has
400 full-hookup sites, a swimming pool, a large convenience store, a video arcade, a
playground, pool tables and a large meeting room for group activities.
