Johnson RV
has opened a new store on a seven-acre site in Sandy, Ore. The new
facility offers a comprehensive new and pre-owned RV sales operation, RV
rentals, 12 state-of-the-art service bays, full paint and body shop and
retail parts and accessories store. An official grand opening will
follow this spring, according to a news release.
Owner and founder Brandon Johnson said the company’s broad
selection, full-service offering and unique warranty program are the
fundamentals that have strengthened his business and kept it afloat
through tough times. Recently, almost half of Johnson RV’s competitors
have been forced to either close doors or downsize.
“We are so fortunate to be expanding right now,” Johnson said. “We
are filling the gap our peers have left because we have the largest
selection of pre-owned vehicles, plus some of the best brand names in
new RVs. These elements, and our free warranty on all pre-owned vehicles
we sell are what set us apart in the first place, and they are keeping

In 1998, Johnson RV opened a sales lot in southeast Portland, and
by 2000, the company moved to its current sales location at 3905 SE 82nd
Ave., just south of Powell Boulevard. Since then, the company has built
a strong reputation in the pre-owned category.
