Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. (FCCC) has announced a new discount
program on in-house parts sales and service labor for vehicle repairs at
its Factory Service Center in Gaffney, S.C.
The program offers a 10 percent discount on all parts, sales and
service labor for any motorhome riding on a FCCC chassis. The discount
is offered now through Feb. 26, 2010, and applies to parts sales or
services performed at the Gaffney location.
For current Freightliner Chassis Owners Club (FCOC) members, this
10 percent discount is in addition to the 5 percent discount already
received at the Factory Service Center.
“As the new year begins and RVers start hitting the road for spring
travel, we want to encourage people riding on FCCC chassis to swing by
our Factory Service Center in Gaffney to receive first-class customer
service, ensuring their motorome is in great shape for travel,” said
Dave Hoover, customer support manager at FCCC.
“Our service center is devoted solely to RV service and repair,
with specialized technicians who are experts on FCCC motorhome chassis,
so customers can expect exceptional service and most knowledgeable

Customers who visit the FCCC Factory Service Center are also
encouraged to visit the manufacturing facility while in Gaffney. The
chassis production center is located just down the road from the Factory
Service Center, with tours of the facility given to interested parties
in the mornings Monday through Friday.
