Glass Mechanix Xpress Repair has developed a new program that offers
emergency windshield repair and replacement services on-site at major
truck stops across the United States.
Located at select Pilot Travel Centers LLC, Petro Stopping
Centers, LP, and Sapp Brothers Truck Stops Inc., the on-site service is
available to commercial and passenger vehicles, and recreational
vehicles on Monday through Saturday, 8-6.
Truck stops with this service can be identified by Glass
Mechanix Xpress Repair’s pump island signage, along with their signature
bright-red golf cart. Drivers can summon a “Glassman” on CB channel 14
while on-site, or prior to arrival to have a technician ready and
waiting for them. If the customer’s vehicle does not have a CB, the
driver can obtain the on-site technician’s cell-phone number, which is
identified on the pump island sign toppers.
