The wire retainer for the lower door shelf on my Norcold refrigerator was insufficient to keep bottles and containers from falling off the shelf while traveling or opening
the door. To solve the problem, I used a length of 1-inch-wide braided elastic with loops sewn in the ends. The loops slip over the ends of the retainer and now my bottles and cans stay put.
