Airxcel Inc. has announced that it has acquired Dicor Corporation, an RV industry supplier for more than 32 years that includes affiliate brands Dicor Products, United Shade, Vixen Composites and Seal Design.
The Elkhart, Indiana-based Dicor Corporation and its affiliates are known for providing RV roofing systems, wheel components, window shades, FRP, composite paneling, window sealing as well as a wide array of aftermarket care and repair products.
