- Entegra Coach Gives Video Tour of Embark Electric Class A: We’ve been covering the Entegra Coach Embark range-extended electric motorhome since it was first announced and even got to see it in person in Tampa a few months back. But now, the company is giving RV enthusiasts a chance to check out the vehicle themselves through an extensive video tour of this exciting new coach. As a reminder, this rig rides on a chassis co-developed by Thor and Harbinger Motors that gives it an all-electric range of up to 105 miles. But the addition of a gas-powered generator extends that range to as much as 450 miles, all while delivering an upscale, very comfortable travel and camping experience. - MDC USA Reveals Compact Overlanding Camper: Overlanders and boondockers looking for a new off-road and off-grid towable got a new option this week. MDC USA announced that it is bringing the XT9 Off-Grid Extreme Edition stateside, giving buyers a compact, go-anywhere travel trailer that doesn’t skimp on features. - Overlanding Startup Mohab Brings New Gear to Market: While we’re on the topic of overlanding, a new company called Mohab is looking to make a splash in that space in a big way this spring. The startup plans to launch a line of products designed for the vehicular adventurers, including its Provis Grill and Table, which are designed to make backcountry food prep a breeze. As part of its launch into the overlanding space, the brand is also sponsoring the upcoming Overland Expo SoCal event, which takes place on March 13-15. Attendees will get a chance to look at the Mohab lineup, which includes the hardshell Altus and Altus XL rooftop tents. Check out the company’s website here.

- The Dyrt Shares Seven Iconic American Road Trips and Where to Camp En Route: Online campsite discovery platform The Dyrt posted a fantastic story this week that highlights some of the most iconic road trips in the US, while also sharing where to camp while enjoying these long-distance adventures. The highlighted routes include the Atlantic Coast Highway from Cape May, NJ to Key West, FL, the Oregon Trail from Independence, MO to Oregon City, OR, and the TransAmerica Trail from Port Oxford, OR to Yorktown, VA. And for its 100th anniversary, Route 66—the Mother Road itself—makes the cut, running from Chicago, IL to Santa Monica, CA. - Newmar Names the 50 Best RV Resort: Wondering where to park your rig this year? Newmar is here to help. The luxury RV manufacturer published its 50 best RV resorts for 2026 this week, giving travelers some amazing places to visit on their next road trip adventure. Talona Ridge RV Resort in Georgia, Hearthside Grove Motorcoach Resort in Michigan, and Angel Fire RV Resort in New Mexico are just a few of the campgrounds that make the cut. - Alliance Celebrates Building 30,000th RV: Congrats to our friends at Alliance RV, who this week marked a significant production milestone. The brand, which specializes in towables, announced that it has built its 30,000th unit. That rig is a Delta Solo ML166 travel trailer that rolled off the assembly line a few days back. It will soon be shipped off to a dealer, but not before the so-called “A-Team” celebrates its completion. Excellent work by everyone involved.

- KOA and AdventureGenie Partner on Route 66 AI Trip Planning: If you are planning on driving Route 66 this year, KOA and AdventureGenie want to help you get the most out of that experience. This week, the two brands announced that they are working together to bring a series of six AI-powered itineraries for those wanting to explore the Mother Road for its centennial. For those not familiar with AdventureGenie, it is an AI trip-planning platform built specifically with RVers in mind. It adjusts routes and suggests points of interest, as well as places to camp, based on the user’s preferences and needs. Naturally, in this case, it will help them find KOA campgrounds along the way, while also highlighting can’t-miss attractions along this iconic road. Read more here.

- ORR Touts Continued Outdoor Industry Growth: This week, the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable cited a new report from the US Department of Commerce that shows slower, but continued, growth for the broad outdoor industry. The latest data shows that outdoor recreation contributed $1.3 trillion to the US economy, while accounting for 5.2 million jobs and a 2.7% growth rate since the previous study in 2023. The report shows interest in outdoor activities continues to grow and that Americans are looking for opportunities to spend time outside while hiking, camping, cycling, and taking part in other activities.
