As we reach the midway point of December, and the end of the year is in sight, the news and announcements coming out of the RV industry has begun to wane. Still, there were a few stories of note from this past week that may be interest. Here are a few things to have on your radar:

- Wingamm USA to Reveal New Models at Florida RV SuperShow: Class B manufacturer Wingamm USA—the North American distributor of the Italian motorhome brand Wingamm Group—has announced new models that will debut at the Florida RV SuperShow in January. The company says it will show off the new Oasi 610 and Oasi 690 coaches, both of which are touted as luxury models that offer comfort and fine Italian craftsmanship. The Oasi 610 is the smaller of the two RVs, measuring just 20 feet in length. Meanwhile, the Oasi 690 is the new flagship offering with room for four adults, a dry bath, a flexible dinette, and a large rear garage space. Watch for more news in a few weeks.

- Evotrex to Debut Electric RV at CES: We first told you about Evotrex—a startup preparing to launch an all-electric travel trailer—a few weeks back, and now the company has confirmed its participation in the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show taking place in Las Vegas on January 6-9. The first vehicle from the brand will debut on the first day of the show, giving attendees the chance to learn more about the innovative vehicle and do a full walkthrough. The goal is to create an RV that can generate power, allowing owners to camp off-grid for days at a time. Check out the Evotrex website for more information.

- REDARC’s New Tow-Pro Link Promises to Be a Game Changer in 2026: Trailer brake controllers are an essential piece of equipment when towing an RV, and REDARC is about to revolutionize how we interact with these devices. The company has announced its new Tow-Pro Link, which is a plug-and-play product that greatly improves access to important brake control settings even while you’re on the road. The company says the unit can be installed in less than 15 minutes, and it allows users to adjust their brake control settings remotely using a small remote or from their smartphone. It will even have Apple CarPlay support for added convenience. The Tow-Pro Link supports electric and hydraulic-over-electric brakes and is set for release in early 2026, so expect more info after the new year. For now, you can find out more here.

- Ford Towing Bootcamp Coming to Florida RV SuperShow: The Florida RV SuperShow is now about a month away, but we’re already starting to get an idea of what to expect there. In addition to rows and rows of impressive new RVs, the event will also host some important educational seminars, including the Ford Towing Bootcamp. Attendees will gain confidence and experience behind the wheel by attending classroom education sessions, taking part in hitching practice, and driving a towing simulator. - GearJunkie Shares “Ultimate Guide to Overland Event”: We all know that overlanding continues to grow in popularity, as do events supporting and educating travelers about the activity. In addition to Overland Expo, there are now dozens of other overlanding-specific shows and gatherings taking place across the country each year. To help vehicular adventurers navigate all of those options, our friends at GearJunkie published an article dubbed “The Ultimate Guide to Overland Events in North America.” It offers an extensive list of events—including dates and locations—along with other helpful information.

- RVshare Travel Trend Report Offers Insights for 2026: Online RV rental platform RVshare has revealed the results of its seventh annual Travel Trends Report with some interesting observations of what to expect in the coming year. Data collected via a nationwide survey of American travelers indicates that for 2026, respondents are looking for flexible, comfortable, and affordable options with RV travel continuing to grow in popularity. The results also showed a growing reliance on new technologies—like AI—and a shift away from busy, crowded destinations for quieter locations that are a little more off the radar. - Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis Set to Retire: Big news from Camping World this week, where it was announced that CEO and co-founder Marcus Lemonis will retire effective January 1, 2026. He will be replaced by company president Matthew Wagner, who will step into the chief executive officer role. Lemonis will stay on as a special advisor as he shifts his attention to other projects.
